Looking out over Lincolnshire from the top of St Botolph’s Church it is easy to see why years ago it was used as a guide – you can see for miles over the rooftops to the wash and on a clear day I have been told that you can even see Lincoln Cathedral.
Having reached the top from the scaffold, I would like to point out how safe I felt, even though it was so high – it is times like this that you appreciate the work that the scaffolders undertake!
