We can assist you with the selection of an appropriate contractor to undertake your project and carry out a competitive procurement process and we will make regular visits during the construction to inspect quality and monitor progress.

When looking for an architect, there are a number of things to consider – are they listed on the RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects) and ARB (Architects Registration Board) websites, their relevant experience, suitability and even location.
If your building is historic or listed you should consider whether your architect is an Architect Accredited in Conservation (AABC) or accredited with the RIBA, this means that your professional is able to demonstrate a high level of conservation expertise.

Don’t forget, this is someone that you will be working with over several months or possibly even years if you break your project into phases of work, so it is really important that you get the ‘right fit’ for you.
