Always keen to see what happens with the buildings that we work on and not one to miss a party we were thrilled to be invited to both the Open Day on Saturday Feb 27th and the ‘Service of Dedication’ on Sunday Feb 28th for the newly restored All Saints Church in Otley.
It was great to see a full house on both days! There was a real buzz of excitement at the open day with lots of people milling around and also at the service on Sunday, with the uplifting sermon that raised a laugh or two and the ‘belt them out’ hymns, which lifted the spirits as well as the roof! (I’ll never be able to look at John Bishop again without a smile on my face!)
The new interior is stunning with its bright interior scheme, enhanced by the lighting and all of the technology that goes along with a running a building like this.
We do hope that the church community got what it was expecting with its vision for the future, and we hope that the works we did to the building goes some way to help it to be ready for its next chapter in the 21st century.
It has been a pleasure working with the team involved on this project, some of which are below.
